My premium service disappeared

I paid for premium service. It shows up on my iPad, NOT my iPhone. It hasnt been fixed. Please fix it.

He continually exaggerates the weather when on the scene pretty much anywhere he reports a disaster from. He acts like he can barely stand from the wind and behind him people casually stroll by holding hands.

Pure reality trash not a good service at all

pure crap massive heat wave they busy selling reality temps are dangerous many can get sick or die in heat but this service is busy possing as a public service when in facts busy giving reality trash shows an a poor excuse for its programming i really like my cable company to allow block it or even drop it as not worth being part of or program it this moment i got officail on tv saying how the weather is dangerous an what weather channel doing giving reality trash not weather i say close them down its complete waste

I paid for premium but it will not let me sign in.

I paid for the premium service and was charged to my credit card, but it will not let me sign in. Don't join, you can't even speak to a live person to correct their mistakes. I've been on the phone for 45 minutes and unable to reach anyone that knows what to do or where to refer me to. It's amazing to me how poor their website is that you can't even click on "Contact Us" to get assistance.......I went online, signed up for Premium, they charged my credit card but it will not allow me to sign in. What is a consumer supposed to do when you can't even get support?

User's recommendation: Don't join, you can't even speak to a live person to correct their mistakes. Fraud on your network

Fraudulent advertising. Offer of an I Pad Pro for completion of a short, senseless questionnaire. No small print until AFTER "winning" the "right" box containing same, AND providing credit card information. IE: No small print until it THEN indicates I've enrolled in SOMETHING unspecified at an undisclosed amount. My only agreement was to pay $5 for shipping.

User's recommendation: TWC supports fraudulent advertisers. Beware.

Weather showing is NOT for our area 96150, CA

The weather channel is showing the weather for Nevada not for Ca. and the Lake Tahoe area in CA. We have fires around us and CAN NOT see the trailers telling us the current information for 96150 area and the fire path and current evacuations orders if needed. Why did your channel change it? Everything was just find until a week or so ago. We are isolated now I won't see another news channel report till 5PM PST and right now it is only 12:39 PM PST. so really DO NOT know what is really going on with this fire near South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150. Please fix your weather channel to serve 96150. We need this information ASAP, ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP, HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Carrier is Spectrum but it is your channel to fix to correct area ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!

Get rid of the narrator! We can read! We are capable of dealing wie the weather channel on tv!! All these years since you scammed & took the weather channel from the originator of this channel now you act like cnn, abc& rest of channels. Now you think we are stupid & need a female voice narrator to read the crawler at bottom of screen. & the other channels too! Like A & E! We dont need someone reading to us like children or dummies who just stare at the tv like idiots! Its irritating to hear that or is China telling you

Annoying in your face adds. *** 15 minute distractions.

The adds are everywhere. Where are they? EVERYWHERE! Big ones, small ones, right side of page everywhere. The hourly forecast now has 1/2 hour and 15 minute increments. They offer more 15-minutes breakdowns as an upgrade. That's unnecessary garbage. If you need finer detail, find a weather app with a line chart but it would be silly. The weather information is helpful, but good lord, it is set up with too may distractions.

User's recommendation: Hourly weather: Click the arrows pointing down – immediately – to be rid of 1/4 hour disinformation clutter. Only click an add X that is not next to "AdChoices" to avoid a lot of hassle.

Programming changes

The Weather Channel wants to pride itself in their weather coverage. So why, for a second, would they compete with Discover, History etc with interesting series? So...Well, they do. They want to improve market share. Suck us all in. Add decent programming. Then, pre-empt it for weather. I get that...if its an emergency. But..., when do you put the program we missed back on? Its not there. You suck. You lost me. Never watch again for series or weather. Trust me...Ill tell everyone I know the same. Shame on you.
