You ripped me off taking money from my debit card when I didn’t purchase anything

The weather channel hit my debi card for 9.99 and I dont even use the weather channel anymore but you guys hit my card and this is a new card so how did you get the number in order to hit the card

Phone number incorrect isn’t that funny u say your tring to help us and then give us the wrong number

You guys charged my debit card to a mountain scene on my phone which i didn't purchace and charged me 9.99 on my debit card when are you going to reimburse my debit card

Trying to log on. Will not let me.

My old password that I am sure of no longer works as per a screen on me trying to change the password. The screen indicated that it will be sending me an email to create a new password but it never shows up. I have tried at least 10 times and still never received an email to create a new password. Just canceled my subscription for another year.

User's recommendation: Don't buy the premium app.

Info at bottom

when we go to the weather channel we want OUR weather. i don't give a rats *** what the temp is in boseman mo. put our local weather at the bottom ALL the time.

i wish you would work things out with frontier, we miss your channel and radar alot, they replaced you with accu weather which is garbage, on a scale of 1 to 10 we give it 1/2 not even a 1 , please see what you can do

AMHQ Weather channel

I want to know why they keep messing with the people on the show they had the perfect crew it was a pleasure to watch Jim Stephanie an Jen now its like somethings wrong with it you need to put Jen back in here and leave the darn show alone its perfect with those three and the pleasure to watch.

So if I want all of the weather I have to pay you? No thank ya. Basic services like the weather have always been and should always be free.

Annoying in your face adds. *** 15 minute distractions.

The adds are everywhere. Where are they? EVERYWHERE! Big ones, small ones, right side of page everywhere. The hourly forecast now has 1/2 hour and 15 minute increments. They offer more 15-minutes breakdowns as an upgrade. That's unnecessary garbage. If you need finer detail, find a weather app with a line chart but it would be silly. The weather information is helpful, but good lord, it is set up with too may distractions.

User's recommendation: Hourly weather: Click the arrows pointing down – immediately – to be rid of 1/4 hour disinformation clutter. Only click an add X that is not next to "AdChoices" to avoid a lot of hassle.

Change in providing local weather

weather on the 8's is small - can hardly read what is posted on the screen and the scroll at the bottom of the screen is very small and blurry.

Problem with audio

I do not know if you are aware of it, but something is causing the people in the studio (including commercials) to "go silent" for a word or two while they are supposed to be speaking. It has something to do with the audio system.

Can't get phone number. Want to talk to a live person. Email help is useless

Video alerts do not work. Paid $30.00 twice. Tech support is terrible. Refuse to provide a working phone number. Need to talk to a live person.

Got IBM not weather channel

Trying for over a month to get video alerts to play on my Weather Channel app. Poor service support. Can't talk to a live person.

Fix the problem!

Weater Channel lost its' mind!

I was an avid watcher of the WC; lately this channel puts more emphasis on entertainment than their core reason for being The Weather. Lately they are pushing more left wing propaganda than I can stand. I find myself watching weather nation on Comcast channel 213. They DO NOT try to push the B.S. of the day but remember what their mission is.

A site providing the option to go premium when they can't even make the basic one work dependably. I'd have to be a fool to actually put any money into it.
